What materials are used for the physical objects?
We use premium, sustainable materials including high-detail PLA, photopolymer resin, full-color sandstone, and metallic finishes. Every piece is inspected by hand to ensure museum-grade quality.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic US shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Physical custom 3D printing and post-processing typically take 2-4 days prior to dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been crafted and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and you can also track real-time delivery status under your Account Dashboard.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we deliver worldwide to over 100+ countries with insured international carrier partners including FedEx and DHL.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it before 3D fabrication begins. Reach out to support@makeable.nyc for quick assistance.

What if I'm not satisfied with the product?

What image formats can I upload?

Do credits ever expire?
No! Credits purchased on MakeAble never expire. You can use them whenever inspiration strikes.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Can I print the downloaded STL on my own 3D printer?
Yes! Our exported STL files are pre-checked, watertight, and optimized for standard FDM and Resin 3D printers.
